Self-Soothing: A key to Successful Relationships with Relationship Expert Peter Kane
Being in contact with ourselves, and meeting our own needs on an inner level is a critical component of attracting and maintaining healthy relationships. As we heal our fear and dependency issues we become better at self-soothing and as we learn what self-soothing is (and remember to do it) we also gain the strength, independence and autonomy required for truly intimate relationships.
