The Looming Housing Shortage with Real Estate Expert Cathy Staup
2011 has the lowest housing starts since the end of World War II. The lack of new construction in the last 3 years will create a housing shortage as early as next year that in turn will stabilize, even drive home prices up. Supply and demand is what drives any market.
