January 25, 2011 11am PST- Dr. Pat and Dr. Friedemann Schaub

Let's talk boundaries - why "no" isn't a four-letter word. Daylle Schwartz, Danielle Rama Hoffman and Dr. Friedemann Schaub, a panel of experts, will share with you their insights, approaches and specific tools on how to set boundaries from a place of self-love and confidence.
For many people setting boundaries is more challenging than enduring the pain of getting walked all over. The desire to push back, speak up and stand up for oneself gets thwarted by insecurities and the overwhelming fear of rejection.  However, the problem with boundaries isn't only enforcing them, but also to recognize when they are ignored. You just start feeling good about the positive changes you have been making – but your family seems to prefer the "old" you. Or your excitement about a new interest gets squashed by your friend's eye-roll. These subtle ways in which boundaries get overstepped often hurt the most. But what are healthy boundaries – and how do you create them?
